Single Origin and Specialty Coffees
Unlike blends, single origin coffee comes exclusively from a single country, region or plantation. Due to the climatic and territorial conditions each coffee develops absolutely unique characteristics compared to the others. For this reason, each cup of single origin coffee reveals a surprising and unexpected aroma, and the different flavours draw a geography of tastes with very distinct boundaries.
For speciality coffee we rely on our micro-roastery Orso Laboratorio Caffè that selects and roasts the finest origins and Specialty Coffees.
