Do you want to master the LATTE ART?
The course of Tuesday 28th of May deepens the technique of milk frothing and allow the students to start the path to master the basic designs of LATTE ART (heart, leaf, tulip). Various techniques such as etching and topping will be presented.
The Giuliano Coffee School is the only center in Piedmont authorized for the issue of the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) certification. With this course the students will be able to apply for the White and Orange grading.
