The two days will be led by Fabio Colicchia, certified Latte Art Grading System trainer and important figure in the national world of Latte Art.
Monday 19th of October:
This intensive practice course of Latte Art level BASIC is aimed to deepen the technique of milk frothing and allow the students to start the path to master the basic designs of LATTE ART (heart, leaf, tulip).
Various techniques such as etching and topping will be presented.
With this course the students will be able to apply for the White and Orange grading.
Monday 26th of October:
This intensive practice course of Latte Art level INTERMEDIATE is aimed to improve the bartender’s technique in creating more advanced decorative figures such as tulip and reverse with leaf (rosetta) and tulip with 4 and 8 elements.
During the course participants will be able to review the basics of latte art and espresso extraction. Various decoration techniques will be studied in depth to allow participants to improve their technique and master the designs of Latte Art.
With this course the students will be able to apply for the Green and Red grading.
Orso Laboratorio Caffè is the only center in Piedmont authorized for the issue of the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) certification
